Shipping Information:

We ship worldwide using the following delivery services:

 

UK DELIVERY SERVICES: 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 service (Calculated by size and weight of your order)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (Calculated by size and weight of your order) 
  • Various couriers will be used for orders where Royal Mail is not available.
  • FREE Delivery available for orders of £75.00 or more.  

 EUROPEAN DELIVERY SERVICES:

  • Collect & Display are not liable for any customs charges or tax charges for orders placed outside the UK. Please check with your own country customs regarding rates as they differ for each country.
  • Royal Mail International Tracked Service (Calculated by the size and weight of your order)
  • UPS Standard (3-5 business days)  

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY SERVICES:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked service (Calculated by size and weight of your order)
  • Various Couriers will be used for larger orders where Royal Mail is not available
Please note that UK mainland deliveries sent with Royal mail usually take 1-4 working days for delivery dependant on the service chosen. International Signed for deliveries may take up to 14 working days. Most items arrive with our customers within the estimated delivery times, however Royal Mail delays do occasionally happen.
Shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order and will be shown after entering your payment details. Please note that some countries outside of the UK may be subject to import/tax charges - any applicable charges are to be paid by the receiving customer and not Collect and Display. If you would like to know more about import charges please check with your countries postal system. If you would like further information on shipping costs/services please contact us. 

Orders:

Please allow deliveries to arrive up until 6pm. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If you refuse delivery of your goods or are not available to sign for them and as a result the goods are returned to us, a delivery charge will still apply (including where you have received free delivery).

Please ask for a price if urgent delivery is required to the above destination or out of the UK. Urgent delivery is subject to availability.

Pre-Orders:

Please be aware Pre-Order dates can change. Dates given in the products description are those set by the manufacturer/supplier. When placing an order for a Pre-Order item please note that any other items purchased in the same order will be held back until all items have arrived. If you wish to have other items from your order dispatched before your Pre-Order arrives there will be an additional delivery charge. Payment is taken upon completion of the order and not when the order ships. You accept these terms when placing an order for an item that is on Pre-Order. If you have any further questions regarding Pre-Orders please do not hesitate to contact us. 

**PLEASE NOTE** Should you wish to cancel an item you have Pre-Ordered we will deduct a 10% admin fee from the total refund amount. 

Delivery Errors:

We will assume that all goods delivered are in good condition. If when you open the delivery there are any discrepancies or damages, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.
